Find a selection of commonly asked questions below. If, after reading the following, you still have specific questions regarding the Neurotic Deathfest, feel free to send an e-mail to info@neuroticdeathfest.com
How can I get Neurotic Deathfest tickets?
We advise everyone to buy their tickets in advance. As explained on the ticket page you can buy tickets at www.ticketservice.nl, Dutch post offices, and GWK Stations. Apart from that you can buy tickets at the 013 venue at their box office, during opening hours.
What happens if a band gets cancelled?
All line-up additions and changes will be communicated through our website, and through various press releases that we send out from time to time.
What happens if a band gets moved to another day?
The schedule is subject to change. All changes will be communicated through our website, and through various press releases that we send out when they occur.
Can I bring my own food?
You can not bring your own food (or drinks for that matter) in at the Neurotic Deathfest. Inside the 013 venue you can buy various types of sandwiches, snacks and meals. There will be meals on offer for vegetarians as well. If you would like to get out of the crowd for awhile and eat somewhere else we would reccommend our partners The Grasscompany, who serve excellent food for reasonable prices.
Can I bring my photo camera, or any other type of camera?
All regular visitors can bring their still photo cameras. People with professional photo cameras will have to apply for a photo pass by completing our accreditation form, to be found under the 'accreditation' menu item of this website.
Why did you change from Dynamo to 013?
the Neurotic Deathfest (and previously the Rotterdam Deathfest) is an indoor death metal event that is growing on a yearly basis. This year we felt it was time to change to a bigger venue again. 013 is a perfect facilitated venue, with a 2000 people capacity and 3 stages, which means we can program even more bands this year.
When will the running order be announced?
The running order will be announced several months before the Neurotic Deathfest commences. The organisation reserves the right to change the running order at any given point and will communicate any changes on the website and in various press releases when they occur.
How much will a beer cost me on the Neurotic Deathfest?
013 works with drink tokens, costing € 2.30 each. A normal cup of beer will cost you one token. A half liter cup will cost you 2 tokens. 013 has Dommelsch beer on draft, and a small selection of other lagers on bottle. There are several token machines in all areas of the venue.
I am in a death metal band, and I would love to play on the Neurotic Deathfest!
Every year a lot of bands want to perform at the Neurotic Deathfest. If you think your band has what it takes, feel free to get in touch at info@neuroticdeathfest.com. Be aware of the fact that we cannot get back to every application due to the enormous amount of applications that we get in each and every year.
