The Neurotic Deathfest is the premier indoor death metal event of Europe. Grown from the Rotterdam deathfest (2004 and 2005) it transformed into the Neurotic Deathfest (2006 and 2007) when the organisation decided to change venue, and city. 2008 marked the year of the first Neurotic Deathfest in club 013 in Tilburg, and continued in the same venue in 2009.
